« Le pays d’auge » is a 'picture-postcard' image of Normandy. It runs from the coast (Deauville, Honfleur) to a hinterland of the most astonishing countryside images : manor houses, gardens, horse breeding farms, cider, calvados and cheese manufacture.
It is also one of the first French regions for holiday homes, mostly Parisian and British properties.
Close to Paris, land of gourmet food, writers, painters, Le pays d’auge is country and sea shore. A “Fat” land of diary produce in verdant meadows.
It has also been, for many years, one of the first French regions for incentives and business trips. According to a recent survey, Normandy is the third French region for incentives, after Paris and the French Riviera.

Deauville offers 5 stars hotels, congress centers, casinos, restaurants and bars, as well as surrounding itself in a countryside where one can find private venues, golf courses, historical landmarks such as châteaux and manor houses, the D-Day beaches.
